
Jim Lane
Jim is an Occupational Therapist and has been with Quality Physical Therapy since 2008.
He has a degree in Occupational Therapy from Worcester State University and a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.
Jim has 27 years of experience working in pediatrics with children from birth through adolescence with a variety of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, scoliosis, Down syndrome, and torticollis.
Along with his experience in pediatrics, Jim has spent the last 18 years with QPT treating adults with a variety of different musculoskeletal injuries and disorders both in the clinic and the workplace.

Pam Arbour
Pam is a Physical Therapist and has been with Quality Physical Therapy for over 28 years, learning many types of manual therapy while working with Carol, Cheryl, and many other skilled therapists.
She is “jack of all trades, master in none” having taken many courses through the years. While at QPT, she also worked in home care for 23 years while raising her 3 daughters with her husband.
She now enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her grandkids, and is always looking for a reason to take a day off or leave work early!.

Susi Lasewicz
Susi is a dedicated sports medicine professional with a career spanning several decades, marked by significant contributions to physical therapy. and athletic training. Graduating from the University of Connecticut in 1984/1986 with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, Susi laid a strong foundation for a successful career.
From 1990 to 2004 Susi served as the Director of Sports Medicine at Assumption College, where she implemented innovative programs that enhanced athletic performance and provided practice/game coverage and rehab for 500 student-athletes. There, she also supervised assistant athletic trainers and work-study students. Concurrently, she worked at South County Physical Therapy in Auburn, MA, from 1986 to 2019, rising to the position of Senior Physical Therapist and Clinical Coordinator of Continuing Education for physical therapy students. In this role, Susi provided manual physical therapy rehabilitation in the orthopedic/sports medicine field to generations of patients and athletes and provided contracts with PT programs for clinical mentoring of PT students in the clinic.
Susi also developed a sports medicine program that provided essential athletic training services to multiple high schools and colleges, scheduling athletic trainers as aides in the clinic and providing game coverage at schools. Beyond clinical practice, Susi provided lectures educating coaches, referees, athletes, and athletic trainers on best practices in sports medicine.
In 2020, she joined Quality Physical Therapy Biosynchronistics in order to continue to advance her commitment to improving patient care and functional performance. Biosynchronistics is a specialty manual therapy technique designed to release the total body’s fascial system in order to restore a neutral, balanced posture for increased range, strength, and functioning

Megan DeMorris
Megan is an Occupational Therapist who has been trained in Biosynchronistics since 2023, and has been working for Quality Physical Therapy since 2024.
Megan graduated from the University of New England with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Outdoor Recreation Management. Prior to working for Quality Physical Therapy, Megan worked as a traditional occupational therapist in skilled nursing rehabilitation and home health. At Quality Physical Therapy, Megan can serve any population with a variety of conditions, including pelvic floor conditions.
In her free time, Megan likes to cook, read, run, and hike with her dog and husband. Megan also sits on the board for the Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western MA. In this position, she facilitates monthly Teen/Adult events, as well as larger-scale events such as the Buddy Walk.

Kathleen Gerhard, OTR/L, is a licensed Occupational Therapist in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, bringing over 35 years of expertise in rehabilitation and manual therapy. With a background in long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, she has been a dedicated member of the Quality Physical Therapy team for the past seven years. Specializing in manual therapy techniques, Kathleen incorporates BioSynchronistics, JFB Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral Therapy into her treatment plans to enhance healing and improve patient outcomes.
Currently serving as an Early Symptom Intervention clinician, Kathleen works with corporate clients to promote wellness, prevent musculoskeletal disorders, and educate workforces on the importance of ergonomics. Her commitment to individualized care, combined with her focus on workplace health, has made her a trusted professional in the fields of rehabilitation and wellness.
